Todd Stanson

Todd has worked with people for over 30 years to help them fulfill their responsibilities and assist them on their journey to become great leaders of themselves and others. He has experience as a people leader, consultant, trainer, speaker, facilitator, and coach, supporting leaders at all levels, from boards and executives to individual contributors. Todd has assisted people in over twenty-five countries in the professional services, energy, entertainment and media, technology, financial services, and higher education industries.

He has served as a Fortune 500 company general auditor and a professional services market practice leader, as well as a leader of ethics, enterprise risk management, and internal consulting. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (Institute of Internal Auditors), Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance), Licensed MindGym Coach (MindGym), Certificated Flight and Ground Instructor (Federal Aviation Administration) and holds a Hogan Advanced Certification (Hogan Assessments) as well as an Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
