Sheila Rioux

Sheila brings over 20 years’ experience working in a global consultancy helping organizations develop better leaders. She’s designed and launched solutions used to assess and develop thousands of leaders around the world. Blending science with practical methods, Sheila helps leaders gain a greater awareness of self and others, along with a broader perspective of the business.

 

 

Sheila earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a B.A. from Colgate University. She holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
