Betsy Grzybinski

Betsy Grzybinski is a bold influencer of people, culture, and ideas—an executive coach and consultant with a unique edge. Her work blends business acumen with a deep understanding of people, positioning her as a trusted growth partner to leaders navigating high-stakes environments.

Before stepping fully into coaching, Betsy spent years in private equity, where she helped organizations lead through complex transitions, disruption, and rapid change. As Director of People Operations at Lewis & Clark Capital, she worked alongside leadership teams and portfolio companies to shape talent strategies, build strong cultures, and drive results across every layer of the business.

Her roots in collegiate athletics, spanning more than a decade at Lindenwood University, shaped her as both a student and teacher of leadership. Betsy worked closely with coaches and student-athletes to drive performance, leadership, and growth. She developed programs that helped athletes lead with confidence, build resilience, and achieve success both in their sport and in life beyond the game.

Today, Betsy brings that same discipline, heart, and strategic insight to every workshop, assessment, and executive conversation. She challenges leaders to think differently, lead boldly, and execute with purpose.

Betsy serves on the Board of Directors for the Disabled Athlete and Sports Association (DASA), a nonprofit empowering individuals with physical disabilities through adaptive sports. Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling, staying active, and chasing her kids from hockey rink to hockey rink alongside her husband, Todd.
